Algynomics has established an in-licensing agreement for data from the ongoing, longitudinal, multisite study entitled "Orofacial Pain: Prospective Evaluation and Risk Assessment (OPPERA)." OPPERA is a study of muscle, joint, and jaw function that is sponsored by NIH/NIDCR; participating institutions include the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the University of Florida at Gainesville, the University of Maryland at Baltimore, and the State University of New York at Buffalo. Battelle Memorial Institute serves as the Data Coordinating Center.

Algynomics furthers its alliance with Orthogen Inc. in the area of orthopedic medicine and therapeutics specific to osteoarthritis with the goal of identifying phenotypic and genetic markers of Orthokine responses.
Algynomics continues to work with Beckman Coulter Genomics, formerly Cogenics, to conduct genotyping studies of biological samples. Beckman Coulter Genomics is the sole provider of Algynomics’s proprietary Pain Research Panel.
